Refund and Returns Policy

All returned goods/products must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be inspected upon return. Items must be in good condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging and shipping container as received.

If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, we regret that a refund cannot be issued. ESTELA FLORIST TRADING SDN. BHD. is also not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process.

Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
